Placement Policy

The objective of the placement is to provide the students with appropriate jobs to help them start their career in the field they opted for.
The placement is provided only to those who are eligible and have completed the courses at Learn Digital Academy.
Any remuneration provided by the organisation to the student should be accepted in written form between the organisation and the student beforehand.
A student may be provided a separate employment agreement if the organisation wishes.
Placement depends on the type of course taken by the students

Eligibility for placement

The candidate should be a 12+ graduate from any recognised institution
The candidate must have 90% attendance during training
The candidate must be 18-35 years of age
Punctuality and time management during training is necessary
Practical assignments must be completed.
90% scores in tests
100% attendance for placement training is mandatory
90% score in soft skills training
All certifications exam in the respective courses mandatory
95% attendance during mock interviews

Disclaimer

Placement depends on the performance of the students during the training.
Job location is not limited to Bangalore.
Placement in companies depends on the type of course the students take and can be in start-ups. Small businesses or MNCs.
Only after the completion of the course and meeting the eligibility criteria, the students shall be placed within 90 days.

Responsibilities of Learn Digital Academy

The responsibilities of Learn Digital Academy in respect to placement are as follows –
To train the students in the courses they opted for
To provide the students with placement training and interview preparation
To notify the students about jobs and schedule an interview

Responsibilities of the students at Learn Digital Academy

Eligible Students should register with the Learn Digital Academy placement cell. Once registered, they must be present during placement activities failing which they will be removed from the list.

Students with unsatisfactory academic performance over 3 backlogs and (less than 7 CGPA) till 6th semester are advised not to take part in placement procedure. However, those students are allowed to participate in placement for companies that do not have any minimum CGPA requirements.

Students are advised to dress decently and be professional when they appear for the interview with representatives of the recruiting company.

Students should maintain the image of the institute while visiting the representatives of an organization for interviews.

Candidates who decide not to show up for the test/interviews after forwarding their resumes to a particular company should take permission not to attend the interview. This will support the placement cell to get an accurate estimate of the number of candidates appearing for the interview and also help notify other students of the job opportunity

Selected students for the campus interview who have received an appointment letter cannot apply again and their name will be removed from the placement cell even if they reject the job offer.

It is assumed that once the student receives an appointment letter, they will join the organisation. If the selected students decide not to join, they must inform the placement cell immediately. If they ignore the offer letter after receiving it, they will be removed from the placement list.

Any queries regarding placement must be clarified in the placement cell only.

Students violating any of the above-mentioned rules and regulations or found guilty of any act of indiscipline/misbehaviour bringing the Institute a bad name will be debarred from availing any further placement facilities and is liable for disciplinary actions, as per the organization rules and regulations.

The institution reserves the right to prevent any students from appearing for campus interviews on disciplinary grounds.

It’s mandatory for students to graduate from any discipline.
