Payments & Refund Policy

Learn Digital Academy appreciates the interest you take in the purchase of its courses and programs. We ensure that the students shall have the best learning experience where they discover, experiment and practice to become better individuals equipped with immense knowledge and skills.
When you purchase a course on learndigital.co you agree to terms & conditions, placement, placement and refund policy.
Before enrolling in any course at Learn Digital Academy, the customer must go through the payment and refund policy and understand the rules relating to it. No disputes will be entertained regarding the payment of fees once it is completed.

Payments

Payment is accepted in Cash, credit/debit cards, UPI and net banking.
One-shot payment –
If a student decides to pay the full fee in one go, they must clear the payment at the time of enrollment itself otherwise admission will be cancelled
No-cost EMI through our NBFCs partners

Admission will be suspended or cancelled automatically if –
you cannot verify your account
Your credit card is invalid or unaccepted or not verified
Note – All availability and prices of our courses are subject to change without any notice.
Payment in Installments –
Learn Digital Academy offers the students a 2 instalments payment option.
After the payment of the 1st instalment (minimum 50% of the course fee), the student will be provided maximum 25-30 days to pay the 2nd instalment. If the 2nd instalment is not paid within the allotted time, their classes and LMS access will be suspended until the payment is cleared.

Note – Students must request permission from the institute (in writing) if they require a few more days to clear the payment under special circumstances. If they fail to clear the pending dues, their enrollment will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Students’ enrollment will be cancelled within 15 days if they decide to discontinue after paying the first half of the instalment and are unable to be contacted. No refund will be made either.


Duplicate Payment

In case of any banking issues, if the payment has been made twice (duplicate payment) the refund will be made within 15 – 30 business days once a request has been initiated by the student. Proof of the duplicated payment has to be provided by the student.

If your bank account/credit/debit card/UPI or net banking has been charged in spite of the failure of payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your account within 15-30 business days.

Cancellation of Enrollment

If the student wishes to cancel his/her enrollment in any of our courses, the institute is not liable for any refunds whatsoever. No refund of fees will be made on enrollments that have already been confirmed, i.e. class has been scheduled, attended a few classes or given the login credentials.

Cancellation of the classes by the institute

If the institute cancels the classes under special circumstances, then a refund will be made within 15-30 business days.

Note – We schedule the classes according to the student’s convenience and the availability of the trainers. If a student doesn’t request a refund and is not attending scheduled classes attend any scheduled classes and, the Institute is not liable to refund any of the fees.

No refund will be made if the students fail to uphold the commitment to start the class.
In case a student pays a token advance as a part of an offer or reserves their admission for a later date and changes their mind about enrolling in any course, the Institute is not liable to refund any of the advance payment that has been made.


Fees is non-refundable once paid under any circumstance even those beyond the control of the Institute, including but not limited to the outbreak of war, disease, civil unrest or natural disasters.

Course Change
If a student has opted for a course and wants to change to another course after the enrollment, he/she will have to request the Institute to do so. The decision taken by Institute will be the binding and final on all the parties concerned.
Before changing to another program the student will have to pay the difference fee including taxes as per the new program.
If the new course fee is lesser than that of the previous one, the Institute isn’t liable to refund the difference.

Refund policy for enrollments
If the student wishes to withdraw from classes, they must do so within 7 days of the enrollment only incase if their batch have not started. The student must communicate with the support team at Learn Digital Academy. On the request, post further assessment, institute might refund the amount but is not bound by the same
If the student has gone through any emergency after the enrollment of the course, i.e medical emergency, accidents, and cannot continue with the classes for the time period, they can join the classes once the situation is resolved. The student must provide adequate proof to support their request.


NOTE –
Under special circumstances (to be determined by the Institute) if the student is receiving a fee refund upon approval, the Institute has the authority to deduct a percentage of the fee as administrative costs.
The refund of the same will be made in a time period 15-30 business days once the Institute approves it


FAQs
1.I enrolled for a course and it’s now being offered at a discount. Can I get a refund?
We may provide some promotional offers for the course occasionally. Over those periods you may see changes in the prices for the courses. If you enrolled for the course before or after the offer, the fee will not be refunded.


2.Do I need to pay taxes when I am enrolling for the course?
Yes. It is a legal mandate which we follow and all the course fees have added taxes.


3.I have changed my mind about taking the course, I want a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on our courses under any circumstances otherwise stated. If you decide to change your mind about your enrolment, any fees paid prior to the discontinuation of the course will not be refunded.
